Everyone is free to publish its documents as long as they meet certain criteria. To publish documents you just have to fill in the inscription whish you’ll find when by clicking on “publish”.
Of course not! Both the inscription and the publication are entirely free. Publishing documents is not only free, it’s an easy way to make money.
Authors earn money depending on the number of times their documents are seen by other users. On average, they make €4 each time their documents are seen 100 times. An author’s gains will therefore depend on the total number of documents he has posted and the average number of times these documents have been downloaded. For example, if he has 12 documents online that are seen an average of 22 times during a given month he will make 12 x 22 x 4% = 10,56€ on that month.
To publish a document, it’s necessary to be registered. Once registered, you can publish your documents by clicking on “publish” on the homepage. You’ll then just have to follow the steps, answer the mandatory fields and your document will be published.
It is not possible to modify the content of a document as such. However, it is possible to modify the descriptive information that goes along your document (category, keywords, summary and so on). If you want to modify the content of one of your document, we suggest you to remove it from your account. To do so, go to "my account" - "my documents" and delete the document. Once you’ve modified it, publish it again.
All the documents that have some value added for other students and contain an “educational” content can be published. However, there are certain criteria that each author should respect. In particular only the documents with the following file formats are accepted: .doc; .docx; .ppt; .xls; .pdf. In addition, the size of a single document is limited to 2 Mo. For an exhaustive list or our quality criteria please go to “quality criteria”.
All the documents are checked by a reading committee which reviews their content before accepting them. Before it can be published a document first has to be checked by that committee. On average this shouldn’t take more than 2 weeks.
In the worst case, it could be that your document was flagged as inappropriate by several other users and has therefore been removed from doxmania.
The ranking of your document in the search results depends on several criteria such as the keywords, the summary, the rating, the number of times it has been downloaded, etc. The better the quality of your document, the better the ranking it will have. The quality standards are described in the "quality criteria".
